Golf Tournaments

UMCA members love their golf!  Because of this and, because they're great fundraisers and opportunities to network with fellow members of the masonry industry, we have a Spring AND Fall Golf Tournament!

These golf tournaments help us to raise funds needed to complete some of our most important missions, including Workforce Development, Member Education, and Architectural Outreach.

Fall Golf Tournament

The UMCA Fall Golf Tournament is held at Ridglea Country Club.  The date is on October 22, 2024.  Fall Golf Committee Chairman and our Event Sponsor is Joe Mendoza, Southern State Rebar.  

This golf tournament is our BIGGEST event of the year.  We use funds from this event to do all things Workforce Development:

• Masonry School
• Adopt a School Program
• Masonry Days at High Schools
• Masonry Family Day 
• Teacher Appreciation Night at Globe Life Field

Spring Golf Tournament

The UMCA Spring Golf Tournament is held at The Links at Land's End.  This is a beautiful golf course and a wonderful opportunity for our members to get out of the city for some great networking away from the office while raising funds for the association.  Many of them even make it a two-day event, playing the day before and the tournament includes packets for this.  Spring Golf Committee Chairman is Jeremy Peek, Skinner Masonry.
